Fee for Service Fees: We consult for companies across the United States.
Initial Consult: A 30 minute complementary consult with your clinic or acute department will provide you an opportunity to see if we can help you in your current situation.
Phone Consult: If you are ready to begin the process of evaluating and establishing a plan for your clinic or acute department, give us a call at 1-877-344-8922 and we will provide a phone consult for you.
Onsite Consults: Onsite Consults are usually the best way to accomplish your desired outcomes. The per day rate fee will be commensurate with the work performed and the distance to the site.
Auditing: On-site facility auditing can be set up with an initial visit, and follow-up audit visits. This pre-process will give your clinic or department a solid preparation for any CMS or agency audit.
Retainer: The retainer method is a practical way to keep all consulting services available to your clinic or acute department. That way, you have an expert on call, whenever you need them. Fees are based on number of clinics or departments consulted, per month.
