The old saying “If it was not documented it was not done,” directly applies to medical records. Visions for Care’s goal -- is to have medical records that are easy to read, keep and meet regulatory standards.
Assessment: Visions for Care will provide an initial assessment of the condition of a clinic’s medical records. This will give Clinic Management the tools necessary to bring compliance, if necessary, and provide a strong footing for any audits.
Implementation: Should the Clinic have needs in this area, Visions for Care will provide standards and procedures for setting up new charts, auditing and qualifying for state audits.
